Voice recordings (stored locally and optionally uploaded to Firebase), display names, device identifiers, and script text sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis.
Script text is processed by Google Gemini AI to extract character dialogues. Voice recordings are stored locally and optionally shared with team members via Google Firebase. Display names identify members in shared projects.
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you accept the consent popup on first launch.
Data may be transferred to US servers (Google Gemini API, Google Firebase). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR.
Local data: until you delete it. Firebase data: until the project owner deletes it. Gemini API: prompts retained for 55 days for abuse monitoring, not used for AI training.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time.
You can delete all your data anytime from Settings → Delete All My Data. This removes all local data and your data from our servers.
The app uses AI (Google Gemini) to extract dialogues from scripts. This is a text processing function and does not involve profiling or automated decisions affecting your rights.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. You can cancel anytime in Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Google.
Device IDs of removed members may be retained to prevent unauthorized re-access to shared projects.
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when published on this page.
